Seth Johnson

Seth "Ging" Johnson, is Vocal Performance major out of Apex, North Carolina. Though not visible in this photo, he brings red hair to the Melodores. In addition, he brings impressively pale skin. In his spare time he enjoys hiding from the sun and lighting things on fire with his hair. Furthermore, he enjoys more than just music -- he enjoys the very idea of it. He can truthfully say that he appreciates all genres of music. As one can probably deduce from his major, he hopes to pursue a career in performance.

Brandon Goodman

Brandon Goodman is a 19-year-old sophomore majoring in Neuroscience. When he is not posted up in the "Chamber of Secrets" frantically studying for tests, he enjoys impromptu dance parties, random exploratory escapades, and sleep. Although his air-banding-while-driving skills are second to none, he also tries his hand at other hobbies such as guitar, songwriting, and the occasional beatbox battle. If he is not singing, humming, whistling, beatboxing, or dancing to a song playing in his head, there is probably something wrong.

Matthew Thompson

Matthew Thompson is 19 years old and hails from outside of Chicago, IL. He is currently a sophomore majoring in biomedical engineering with a minor in Melodores. Matthew just freaking loves music – listens to it every day. He started playing piano at age 8, was an off-and-on choir kid throughout his youth, and also dabbles in guitar. Back in his hometown Matthew plays keyboard and sings in a pretty legit cover band called The Bread Machine. He is an Eagle Scout, a legit outdoorsman, a tough shell to crack. He has played soccer most of his athletic life. Although his taste in music is complex, Matthew does have an affinity for indie music, and enjoys most things hipster. Mostly. He is also in Sigma Nu Fraternity, a total Melobro. Want some adjectives? He’s funny, meticulous, curious, soft-out-spoken, poetic, and totally straight.

Tyler Verdell

Tyler Verdell, hailing from Gleason, Tennessee, is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Science majoring in Spanish and Molecular and Cellular Biology. At twenty years old, he loves traveling, adventure, random dancing and whistling. Also, Tyler was born in a van on the side of the road. No, seriously. If you don't believe it then just talk to him.

Aidan Carr

Ryan "DK" Gasaway

Nineteen-year-old Ryan Gasaway is a freshman in the College of Arts and Science who has yet to decide upon a major. Born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, Ryan enjoys playing guitar, songwriting, exercising, reading and writing.

Ben Edquist

Ben Edquist, or Bedquist, is a 19-year-old sophomore from Lake Jackson, Texas. His musical background is mainly made up of classical voice training, musical theatre productions, and the overwhelming urge to croon. He is presently majoring in Musical Arts (voice) and Mathematics, with hopes of continuing to perform on stage professionally. His musical idols/influences include Frank Sinatra, Nathan Gunn, and Seth Johnson.

Trevor Fortenberry

Trevor Fortenberry is a 20-year old junior who was born in Virginia but got to Texas as soon as he could. He is majoring in history and political science, hoping to go to law school when he has finished his studies at Vanderbilt. Besides excessive amounts of singing, he enjoys good food of all kinds, building his music collection, being a political junkie, cooking Southern cuisine, reading biographies, and generally being a classy gentleman who likes to think it's still the 1920s.

Richard Whalen

Will Timbers

Will Timbers is 18 years old and from Englewood, Colorado. He is a freshman and is currently undecided about his major plans. He sings Bass in the Melodores and loves singing, but also loves playing guitar and drums. His interests also include playing sports, specifically tennis, and eating Chicken Queso Burritos at Qdoba. Earlier this year, Will broke his back in a crazy sledding accident, but he has almost recovered fully.
